Welcome to our cozy apartment! It is located in the lower level of our own house. There is a separate private back entrance with a lock box and a key for you so you can have your own entire space and privacy. We are in the perfect location! Close to everything while still in a nice, quiet, safe, family-filled neighborhood. We are just a few minutes from the main highways, downtown, Gas Light Village, Meijer Gardens and many delicious restaurants. Need suggestions of where to go?! We can help!

You'll have an entire private apartment to yourself which includes: a living room & dining space, small kitchen, a master bedroom, and a beautiful bathroom. You will also have access to the large laundry room which has a washer and dryer - this is the only space that is shared with us (it is a separate space than your own private apartment).
* Your living room has a large HD TV with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more!
* There is an adorable small dining table by the kitchen with two chairs so you have a place to sit down and eat.
* Your smaller kitchen includes a mini fridge/freezer, a large toaster oven, a sink and faucet, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, a coffee maker which also can heat up warm water for you for tea, and the cutest mini waffle maker you've seen. Breakfast food is already in the drawers and fridge for you - many different fun cereals, pancake mix, milk, butter, bread, peanutbutter, jelly, spices, tea and coffee...
* Your master bedroom is a very spacious room with a KING size memory foam mattress. If you're looking for comfortable - this bed is for YOU. Your room includes a dresser and closet to hang your clothes. It has two windows to bring in plenty of light!
*The Blue Bathroom, as we call it, has a sink, toilet, shower and all that you might need in it: shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, body wash, towels, and hand towels.
*There is a Laundry facility you can use!

Due to the Caronavirus I would like us all to be extra careful. If you are feeling sick please do not book this house to keep everyone safe. If you become sick right before your trip, please send me a private message and we can discuss what to do.

Also, for instant booking: book at least 1 day in advance. If you'd like to book on the same day as your stay you'll need to send us a booking request to see if we are available to accommodate you.
