Granny flat attached to the main house. There is a separate private entry. Nice, quiet street in the beautiful Lakes estates in North Boambee. Close proximity to everything. 5 min drive into town, 10 mins to Sawtell and many amazing beaches just minutes away. It's very peaceful and quiet with relaxing scenery and a fantastic walk around the lakes. Note; we do not live in the main house so contact me on here or my phone if you have any questions. We live a few houses down if you need anything. The main house is rented. The granny flat is separate however and you'll have complete privacy, so just message us if you need anything
