Located in Eagle-Vail, an unincorporated area between Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts. An 18 hole golf course runs through the community.
Walking distance to the Highway 6 bus stop(Stone Creek). Five minute drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.

Frequent questions
All high touch surfaces are wiped down with Lysol wipes between each renter, in addition to the regular thorough cleaning that is always done.
The unit has good wifi. Several people have worked from the unit this past summer and there have not been any complaints about wifi problems.
There is not any air conditioning. It cools off at night in the summer and if you open the windows the cool night air should be enough to cool the unit off. It is a safe area and you can leave the windows open all night and listen to the river. Also, the unit is surrounded by trees for shade.

In addition to the ski resorts, the golf course maintains a cross county/snowshoe trail in the winter. The unit is a few minutes walk onto the Eagle-Vail golf course. The is also located a few minutes from the Eagle-Vail bike path, which runs along Highway 6.
