Guests occupy entire home and are welcome to stroll around this 10 acre homestead site as well as adjoining land for longer walks. Owner also lives in homestead site in separate home. Owner may have family/guests on occasion, so may be more people (and noise) on the site, but cognizant of respecting guests' immediate space outside the guest home. Owners actively care for their six horses, garden, and mowed spaces so there may be tractors in the yard, mowers to maintain grassed areas, and activity in the corral and garden areas.

For longer stays over two months guest will be required to sign an Airbnb Longer-Stay Rental Agreement.
