Welcome to Frangista Dunes,
Find incredible views and adventure at this Beachfront Villa. Frangista Dunes is prominently perched on the dunes of Frangista Beach offering compelling views of the Gulf of Mexico and an easy walk out the backside and onto the Beach.
This home is located next to Destin Florida along the beautiful sands of Miramar Beach. Frangista Dune’s three floors of outstanding accommodations including two Master Suites, over-sized rooms, impressive architectural detailing, a heated** Martini pool, wet bars, and a Jacuzzi tub. It’s a short walk to award-winning Restaurants and Shopping. The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Whole Foods, Golf, Theaters, and more are all a short drive away. This home also grants access to a large community pool that is located within the neighborhood.
Home Layout ~
First Floor: King bedroom with wet bar and full Bath (sleeps 2), Bunk room with 4 full Bunk Beds (sleeps 8), and Laundry area.
Second Floor: Living room with Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), Dining area, Kitchen with high-end appliances, Queen Bedroom (sleeps 2), and full bath
Third Floor: King Master Suite with wet bar and Full Bath (sleeps 2), Bedroom with king Bed and full Bath.
** There is an additional fee to heat the pool (available Oct-April if needed) and it must be requested at least three days prior to arrival.
We provide one XL umbrella with two Beach chairs that are setup daily from March week 2 until October 30.
Our concierge can arrange Golf, Dining, Water sports, Fishing trips, Golf carts, and other services prior to your visit or during your stay.

Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected at the time of booking, and require a permit that we obtain.
The parking pad has enough space for up to 4 standard vehicles.
We provide an initial starter set of toiletries, linens, and stock the kitchen with cooking equipment.
Included: Frying pans, stock pot, 12-cup coffee maker, glassware, silverware and knives, toaster, blender.
Not included: crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (although some may have those items left behind by previous renters) but we do not replace them or guarantee they will be there.
READ BEFORE BOOKING
Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for The Walton County Tourist Development Tax. Walton County requires us to collect tax on the rent from every reservation. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. The tax percentages associated with your stay will be 5%
