All new carpet, bedding, towels, kitchenette! (big fridge, new microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster oven) Fabulous location and beach access plus resort water features on the beach side of property! There are 2 double beds sleeping 4. There are 2 convertible chairs that sleep 2 singles, a fold down couch that sleeps a single and a pack n play for toddlers or infants. PLEASE VIEW ALL OUR PICTURES SO YOU WILL SEE THE ROOM AND SLEEPING SOLUTIONS. I want no misunderstood or misread info on the sleeping areas!

The resort charges a resort fee to access their amenities. WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESORT FEE!!! Airbnb (My) guests can use all pools ( water amenities, inside and outside) on the beach side of the property. You are given a card key to access these amenities and blue wristbands to access pools. (water park and golf across street not included ) There are 2 private beach accesses leading to a gorgeous white sand beach! Laundromat downstairs (uses money but we provide laundry pods and dryer sheets up in room for you) Fitness room and arcade downstairs may or may not be open as they will be subject to covid 19 rules. Also due to Covid 19 rules, all onsite food/bar/ice cream facilities (inside and outside) will not be accessible for Airbnb guests (as to adhere to social distancing regs) Due to this, my rental includes a FREE breakfast, coffee, snacks, coffee beverages IN THE ROOM. My rental includes beach chairs, beach towels, coolers for your own beverages and much more!!!!

Direct room check in. Go directly to room 605. You will be given an access code by message on here the morning of check in. Parking is free at the hotel's parking deck across from the hotel. Limited parking at parking lot beside the beach access pay lot on left side of hotel. (facing the hotel). Parking pass will be on table by the house manual.

Retired EHS (health inspector) living the beach life! Enjoying golden years with my grands and attending concerts! Live nearby so available for questions or inquiries you may have for a fabulous stay at our condo!!
