140m2 of the fully fenced backyard, with swimming pool (safe area, our office only 50 meters away), barbecue and "Suki Pot", 2 covered parking places.
Beautiful atmosphere "inside-out" due to the terrace furnished in genuine (140m2) house so have 1 living rooms and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and each living room have queen size sofa beds. 2 bathrooms.
All new furniture and appliances recently made.
Living room + dining table with kitchen and pantry, appliances (fridge, 2 gas hobs, microwave, coffee maker - kettle, toaster and Suki Pot.
3 double bedroom (160cm bed) with wardrobes and 2 sofa beds in the living room queen size.
Free WIFI connection, Smart TV with Youtube and NETFLIX.Supply of baby kit (baby cot, high and Child swimming arm rings can ALL be rented from our office for only 100 baht per night).Supply of bed linen and towels included. Possibility to rent towels for the pool and tablecloth and napkins. 100% cotton.
FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED.
Possibility of cleaning during the stay (for a fee).

♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our villa (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Supply of baby kit (baby, high chair and child swimming arm rings can ALL be rented in our office for only 100 baht per night).
♡ Free Electricity 45 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the villa cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your villa cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
