Studio Colibri is comfortably designed so that you can enjoy your stay inside and outside. It has its own private street entrance.

Mezzanine: Modern stair design to access the mezzanine. Queen bed with a beautifully designed dresser and two-night lamps. Fresh linens.
Bathroom: Full bathroom and shower made of “Talavera” Mexican earthenware featuring colored decoration. Clean towels, Shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash.
Kitchen: Brand new artisanal apparent polished concrete kitchen with two beautiful bar benches. Electric stove, mini-fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave and general cooking utensils.
Leaving room: Comfy seating that turns into a double pull out bed, trunk style coffee table with all sofa bed duvet and fresh linens inside. Handmade artisanal single chair.
Amenities: Air Conditioning, high-speed wireless internet (WiFi), flat-screen TV with Netflix access, iron and ironing table and hairdryer.
Private patio: Best sunlight orientation for patio morning breakfast. BBQ Grill and 4 chair patio table with umbrella. Beautiful landscaping with desert plants.
Parking Space: Free 24-hour parking space in front of the main entrance. Note* Due to the restaurant next door, parking can get busy in front of the studio.
First aid kit and fire extinguisher.
Additional Services
If you require washer and dryer services there is a Laundry half block away.
Cleaning and babysitting services are also available during your stay if needed at an additional cost.

Windows are acoustic because the Argentinian steak restaurant next door has live and recording music. It is not annoying but owners recommend bringing earplugs to those sensitive to noise while sleeping.
Studio Colibrí is comfortably designed to accommodate two guests but there is a sofa bed available for 2 more guests.
Most of the furniture is artisanal made in Mexico. No events or parties allowed, no smoking inside the studio, but there is a patio you may use for smoking.
Please do your best to enjoy Studio Colibri with the same respect and care as you would your own home. We want you to feel at home when you are here.
