This incredible loft is on the top floor of an older building in the heart of downtown Halifax. It boasts lots of natural light and original hardwood floors. It is located between Spring Garden Road and Citadel Hill, making it the perfect spot for anyone looking to be within walking distance to anything downtown. There is also a small deck for sipping your morning coffee. There is a grocery store across the street and many downtown restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk.

This fantastic studio apartment has a washer/dryer combo unit, full stove, blender, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, custom glass shower, 50" flat screen smart tv, full-size living room, dedicated workspace and kitchen island. This neighbourhood is very fun! It is located in a business/residential neighbourhood but is directly in the centre of downtown Halifax. It is the perfect neighbourhood for adventuring around Halifax without the need of a vehicle. The waterfront is a ten-minute walk, Citadel Hill is about 2 minutes, Public Gardens 10 minutes, and so many other great attractions.
