Seas the Day is a BRAND NEW 3 Bedroom 1700 sq ft luxurious town home in Prominence on 30A with all of the amenities needed to enjoy your stay with family and friends! Our town home has easy access to the beach either by Golf Cart and Bicycles that we provide at no extra cost or via the free shuttle provided from the pool area. The town home is conveniently located right across The HUB where you can enjoy great food and entertainment. Other amenities include access to the community pool!

We made our home available and is perfect for families to enjoy. The kitchen is a cook’s heaven with all new top of the line appliances where you will have everything you need from a wonderful line of cookware including Gotham Steel Pots and Pans to all other essentials needed for your stay. The open living and dining areas have 10 foot ceilings and plenty of windows to offer a bright and spacious feel. We offer a large dining table where families can enjoy their meals together and share the day’s experiences and memories. You can sit and relax after a long day at the beach or at the beautiful resort style pool just 25 feet from our home in our bright and comfortable living room and watch shows, movies or sports on our 65 inch TV or enjoy time playing games from the wide assortment of games and cards we have provided.
Also for your convenience is a half bath located next to the laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer for your use. We also provide you beach towels as well. We also provide a Pack and Play for families with small children as well as a beach wagon to cart the beach chairs etc. to the beach.
The Master bedroom offers a king size bed and large private bath. The second guest room features a queen size bed, while the third guest room features a single over full bunk bed. All bedrooms have TVs with local channels and top of the line mattresses for your comfort.

Across from the home is The HUB (I encourage you to check out the website). The HUB is a great venue for everyone of all ages and is extremely kid friendly. The food at the eateries is amazing and there is something for everyone. Local bands play weekly and movies for kids and adults are shown during the week at the band shell with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful spacious AstroTurf surrounding the area for the kids to play. Seas the Day's location is also minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Panama City Beach, and Destin.
Also, the visit the beautiful shops and restaurants at 30Avenue right on 98 just minutes from the house. Relax with leisure shopping and enjoyable eating establishments for everyone.
