I believe the following amenities set my place way apart from the competition:
FAST RELIABLE CABLE INTERNET: Amazing fiber optic 100 Mb/s 5G of download speeds anywhere you are in the apartment, with no dead spots!
REALLY CLEAN: I strive to provide an spotless and neat living space. Entering this apartment is like walking into one of those model ones where everything just looks perfect. By the way, comforters are washed always in between tenants, not just the linens.
MEDIA CENTER. TV in Chile is not really that good. Neither is Cable. So I have equipped this apartment with a ROKU unit that has NETFLIX you can use whit your account, and some other apps for your enjoyment. Also you would be able to tune local HD channels. This system is paired with 40" HD TV.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX: The apartment is equipped with a laptop sized safe box for added security.

GYM & POOL. Although it is pretty basic is right there on the first floor of the building and you can use it. The pool is not heated so it only works on summer time.
