Large room (> 16 sqm) 1st floor of 1995 built large Villa in very green neighborhood. 100 m walk to "Ter Meeren" tram 39 station. Parking in front of the house. There are total six rooms rented to EU interns, students and young professionals sharing modern bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, TV lounge, garden.

The spacious villa of 340 m2 total has guest wc, entrance hall, store room, owner’s office, kitchen, dining room and laundry room on the ground floor. 4 guest rooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 toilets, hall and a tv lounge on the first floor. A large guest room and a consulting room on the 2nd floor. There are usually 5 young professionals, interns or students renting for periods ranging from 2 to 5 months and sharing all common areas and amenities. Availability for very short term renting (Airbnb) usually during summer or end year periods.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary dishes, pots and pans. Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board in laundry room.
Highspeed Wifi everywhere. Cable TV Telenet abo, and DVD reader and a collection of DVD’s.
Garden use. Barbecue. Relaxing garden chairs
