Large, spacious upper unit in duplex in heart of Mpls. Hardwood floors, lots of windows, and roomy kitchen with dishwasher. Minutes from downtown and only blocks away from Theo Wirth Park, which is great for running, biking, XC skiing, etc. Large beautiful yard for outdoor relaxation in the summer. Two SmartTVs with Hulu, Netflix, AmazonPrime, Disney+ and other channels. Pet-friendly with prior approval. (Pets not allowed on furniture or beds.) Plenty of free street parking.

We'd love to host you in the upper unit in our pet-friendly duplex. The unit has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. Front bedroom has a second SmartTV. Two additional futon-like twin beds available. (Only one is shown in the pictures, but the other one is available if needed.) We live in the lower unit, so you are likely to see us in passing (or in the yard) during your stay but you'll also have as much privacy as you like--the upstairs unit is completely yours. Our place is a great launching point to explore the city and all Mpls has to offer as we are only minutes from downtown Minneapolis, the Mississippi River Parkway and Theo Wirth.

Guests have full access to the upper apartment. You're also free to enjoy the yard. The rest of the house/duplex is not open to guests.
***Please do not use the back staircase to come down to the lower levels.*** ***Basement is not available to guests.***

The blue chair in the living room converts into a futon-like twin bed. We also have a second twin cot available. Please let us know if you will need these beds so that we can have them ready for you.
The unit is pet-friendly (pending approval) but we also have dogs, so we need to know if you have a furry friend with you.
