The house is situated in the northern part of Deventer. The river "de IJssel" and nature/woods are nearby and reachable by foot in a few minutes for a nice long walk or exercise run. There are supermarkets, bakery, liquor store etc nearby within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.
