Our place is a pool house behind our house that has 600 sq ft. It is really a very PRIVATE setting surrounded by a wall. The whole yard has been landscaped by my wife,Leslie, and has more flowers and plants than you could imagine.The upstairs has 2 double beds and 55” TV with cable. Down stairs has a 32” flatscreen TV with cable,full bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a double Futon bed that doubles as a couch. We furnish CONDIMENTS and SPICES to use in cooking. We allow PETS

Paradise in the backyard with flowers everywhere. Guest have access to the pool if weather permits and are welcome to walk around the entire property and look at the flowers if you are here at the right time of the year when they are in bloom. If you have young kids they will enjoy playing in the play house that has lights, a fan, a door bell and one hammock inside. There is also a sandbox below the play house.

Guest have access to the entire pool house. They also have access to the pool and the entire back yard. The pool is PRIVATE and only you and your guest use it while you are here. It is cleaned daily.

WE DO ALLOW SMOKING OUTSIDE OF COURSE. Also 5 to 6 people could actually stay if you don’t mind being a little crowed. We have two double beds that will sleep 4 and one full size couch that will sleep 1 upstairs. We also have a double futon bed downstairs that could sleep two kids comfortably. We also have a charcoal grill, gas fire pit for the cooler weather, a corn hole board for you to enjoy and also a rope hammock for you to relax in.

Our location is less than one mile off of I-95 and 6 miles from Fayetteville. If you like golf there is a golf course less than two miles away. All in all it is a great neighborhood that is in a rural setting but has seen tremendous growth in the 31 years that we have lived here.

I was born and raised in Roseboro, NC which is about 25 miles east or Fayetteville. After graduating high school I went on to further my education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and majored in Business Administration and graduated in 1981. I am currently an insurance agent and have been since March 2002. I am married to my beautiful wife Leslie for 36 years. We have been living in our current location for the past 31 years. I enjoy fishing and tinkering with my old restored '56 Chevy when time allows. If you would like to take a ride in the old Chevy just let me know. I recently added air conditioning,power brakes and power steering so no matter how hot it is we will be cool cruising in the old '56
