The condo is the result of joint efforts by Haijun(My Husband) and me (Carrie), who have worked for an entire year in bringing pieces of hand-sketch into reality.
All of our condos are with unrivalled views of the city, its landmarks and rivers. Apart from the sky gym, sauna and pool, there is an award-winning restaurant and sky garden to breakfast and dine at, where the guest will find embassies, government organs and casinos sit in harmony next to each other and all beneath his feet.

The condo is about 130m from the ground, its roof-top swimming pool "The highest pool"in the country.The three material elements defining the interior are "wood, marble and rough linen"while the three immaterial ones are "light, void and view". It was our great intention to impress on the tenant that truer, more solid and eco-friendly materials have on them always prevailed over flimsy and disposable ideas.
