Marlbro is a stunning apartment with breathtaking views across the harbour to the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads. Located at the top of the Old High Street in Falmouth you are perfectly positioned to relax and explore by foot. The apartment is just a short stroll away from some of the best restaurants, bars and shops that Falmouth has to offer, and the best bakery in town - right on your doorstep.

Secure parking is available for you free of charge in the car park opposite the apartment.

On entering you are greeted by an open plan living space and the first thing you will notice is the beautiful view out across the Carrick Roads!

In the living area you have a dining table to seat 4 and an L-shaped sofa to enjoy the views out across the harbour to Flushing and the Roseland Peninsula.

There is a separate fully equipped kitchen accessed from the living room which includes everything you could possibly need. There's an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, ice packs and an ice tray plus all the utensils, plates, glasses etc. you might need for cooking if you wish.

Marlbro has a beautiful open plan mezzanine bedroom with king-sized bed allowing views out of the port-hole window across the harbour. There is a dressing table with mirrors and lots of dressing space, your will also find plenty of storage and hanging space in the built in wardrobes.

The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and is equipped with large walk-in shower, large sink, toilet and towel radiator.

All linen and bath towels are provided.

There is secure parking available in the car park adjacent. The car park can only be accessed with the parking pass. (*Please note there is restricted headroom of 2m and the car park is not suitable for large vehicles i.e. Camper vans/ large 4x4's etc. If the parking pass is lost or misplaced there is a £35 replacement fee from the management company.

Guests have access to the whole apartment and parking. Marlbro has a private entrance.

There are no shared of communal areas.

Though we will do everything within our power to provide early access to the apartment, we are undertaking a deep clean between all bookings so additional cleaning time is required. Please bear with us!

*Please check government advice on COVID 19 and travel before booking.*

*Sorry no pets.

*Strictly no Smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

*Please do not bring surfboards or wetsuits into the apartment. Wetsuits and boards can be hired from Gylly Beach.

*Guests are not permitted to hang anything from the balcony as part of the lease agreement and out of courtesy to our neighbours below.

*Restricted Headroom: If you are 6ft 4 plus you will have to crane your neck slightly on the bedroom mezzanine level and in the bathroom.

*Externally there is one flight of steps to reach the apartment. Internally there is one flight of stairs. The apartment does have external lighting in the evening.

*Car park headroom is 2 metres. Marlbro's parking space is fairly tight, it has a wall one side and concrete post the other. It is not suitable for camper vans or large 4x4's. Pleas do not use another space, all spaces are allocated to individual properties.

*The car park can only be accessed with the parking pass located in the apartment. The pass is located in the shell on the sideboard, you will need this at all times to access the car park.

*Please ensure that the parking pass is left in the apartment when you leave.
Loss or failure to return the pass will incur a replacement charge of £35 from the management company.

Please note: Before you leave, please ensure that hot water, heating and lighting is switched off. Please remove all belongings and all rubbish and ensure that the fridge is left empty. To assist us during the COVID 19 pandemic we kindly ask that you leave any wet towels in the bathroom and strip the bed linen from the beds.

Falmouth is a beautiful harbour town, steeped in history and blessed with some wonderful beaches. Marlbro is part of The Packet Quays development and is perfectly situated to explore the town and local area on foot.

Secure parking is a huge plus as Falmouth can be tricky for parking especially in the summer months. Marlbro is situated at the top of the Old High Street and within a few steps you have some of the best restaurants, shops and bars in town not to mention harbour views to die for!

Falmouth has so much to keep you occupied whether you like walking, swimming or sightseeing or just want to sit and enjoy the fantastic views over a beer or a glass of wine. Falmouth also has three wonderful beaches to enjoy and if you enjoy water-sports, kayaks and paddle boards can be hired from Gyllangvase & Swanpool Beaches.
