Pretty stone house of 60m2, located halfway from Carcassonne and Narbonne and its beaches, in a typical village of Minervois, in the heart of one of the best vineyards in Aude.
Particularly quiet: no vis-à-vis (closed courtyard), and no direct neighbor, it is an ideal place to rest.

At your disposal:
- Upstairs :
A bedroom with a double bed and storage
A bathroom (spa shower) and a dressing room.
A separate toilet
- On the ground floor :
Kitchen open to the living room, bar with view on the garden.
An outdoor courtyard with a little pool perfect for cooling off on hot summer days (commissioning depending on weather conditions, generally around mid-May),
garden furniture, gas plancha, sunbathing, outdoor shower
The house is equipped with internet, a 43 inches TV and a Bluetooth sound bar
The kitchen is fully equipped, and sheets and towels provided.
We can provide you with mountain bikes, size M, for a low price (30 € / week for two bikes).
Capacity: two people, no smoking inside. Please let us know if you plan to come with a dog!
