This is a private 3-bedroom 2-bath unit in a single family house with gorgeous view of East Bay! Centrally located in the East Bay, and very close to freeway 580 and 238, so you're within 30 minutes of San Francisco or San Jose! Enjoy this spacious apartment with a large private balcony, three separate bedrooms and a bright and comfortable living space facing the bay, along with use of a small kitchenette makes it a great place for families or couples.

Our house is a large three-story single family house built on the hillside, and this apartment is in the middle level, with entrance a few steps down the hill.
We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This apartment unit has a large living/dining area and a large deck with 180-degree bay view and enjoy a beautiful California sunset. The place has a small kitchenette (electric range and stove, microwave, rice cooker, and coffee maker) if you’d prefer to prepare meals during your stay. We also provide high-speed Wifi, cable TV, washer and dryer.
The place can comfortably fits a group of up to 8 people (three Queen beds, one single bed, one sofa bed). Our keypad lock allows you to conveniently check yourself in.
E.g. big tub DOES NOT work.
We are located near the freeway 580 and 238, and approximately 35 minutes from San Francisco downtown or airport, 10 minutes from the Oakland Zoo, 30 minutes from San Jose, and 20 minutes to local wineries.
It is also a very short drive to beautiful Lake Chabot, where you can hike, fish, or rent a boat. You dont have to go to Napa Valley to have a great wine experience, since there are also several wineries that are a short drive away.
Castro Valley Bart Station is 5 mins away by car. Bay Fair Bart Station is 8 mins away by car.

We offer one parking spot at our driveway only, additional car needs to find street parking. But street parking can be challenging especially at night, and you will need to drive down the block to find parking.
