It is a very quiet neighborhood with everything you need within a mile. I am a quiet friendly guy on disability with two dogs Apartment is very clean.(UPDATE: Rug doctor shampooed carpet) Room is very clean.There is TV and a ton of dvds you are welcomed to use.That's about it.

Shared bathroom and you will have full use of the kitchen.Half of the bedroom closet is used but you are free to use desk and dresser which are empty. I look forward to hosting you!

One of my dog is a big boy. But he is a sweetheart. Was raised with a dachshund and a cat so he thinks he is a little baby. He lives attention. The dachshund would rather not interact with nobody unless they have food and even then she is picky.
