The Barnacle promises its guests a memorable and comfortable beach vacation! Nestled in the private gated community of Frangista Beach with private beach access, this brand new home has the coastal feel you are searching for. The Barnacle is currently under construction and will be completed February 2020 in time for Spring! This spacious 3-story, 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom vacation home features a private heated pool for your enjoyment. Included with your stay is a free VIP amenity package which includes a 6 passenger golf cart, paddle board, 2 beach chairs and one umbrella, as well as private beach access on Miami Street to make beach trips easy! Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Designer Outlet Malls are all within a few short miles.
On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and opens up to the dining room seating 16 guests. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a couch sectional with additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie! On the first floor you will find a king master bedroom with a flatscreen TV and private bathroom including a shower. The second bedroom on the first floor features a queen bed with a shared bathroom. The first floor also offers a laundry room closet for your convenience.
The second floor features 4 master king bedrooms equipped with flat screen TV’s and private bathrooms including shower/tub combos.
The third floor features a king master bedroom with a flat screen TV and a shared bathroom including a shower/tub combo. The eighth bedroom features two full over full built in bunk beds and a flat screen TV.

*Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Crystal Beach Rentals fines. This is a non-smoking property.

Pet Fee, if applicable, is $95 per pet

Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.
