Guests have complete access to the whole apartment, one parking space.

We offer extra things for kids like a stroller, Pack 'N Play and higher chair.

For reservation of 7 days or longer we need to charge double the cleaning fee as feedback from our cleaners is that a week's stay requires deep cleaning, else it'd not be good enough.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 guests may not access community amenities including laundry.

All guests aged 18+ are required to provide photo identification before receiving the Guest Book and access code. We utilize Ring doorbells and NoiseAware sound detection devices in our homes for security purposes. Only patios and entryways are monitored and audio is entirely disabled.

We have 2 security cameras, 1 camera facing the front door and 1 camera on the balcony. All audio is completely disabled. These cameras are actively recording video 24 hours a day for security purposes.
