The house is a mid-century ranch with all new floors, kitchen, and bath and a pool. It's about 10 minutes by bike or car from the UCDMC, and 15 minutes to mid-town or downtown. There are grocery stores, a gym, a variety of ethnic restaurants, and other types of shopping nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and diverse. There are two bus lines within walking distance. You will share a bathroom with 2 other guests. Two cats and a yappy little dog are in residence. Require minimum 31 day stay.
