LOCATION: If you truly want to be near EVERYTHING, then you've picked the PERFECT place to stay. Our BREATHTAKING beach is only a 10-minute walk. SUPERB restaurants and SPLENDID shopping are a mere stroll or bike ride away! And, if you golf, then you have the opportunity to choose from more than 12 WORLD CLASS golf courses!

VILLA: The best way to describe our villa in three words are: SPACIOUS; BEACHY; COMFORTABLE!! This villa is an end unit with no one above you and no one to the right of you resulting in a very PEACEFUL stay. There are never any problems with parking due to the numerous spaces in front and along the side of the villa!!
FLOORPLAN: Our Villa was designed with COMFORT and FUNCTIONALITY in mind. There are TWO MASTER BEDROOMS, each with its own private bathroom, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is an ADDITIONAL half-bath downstairs. The over-sized chair in the loft converts into a TWIN BED and the full-size couch in the family room pulls out into a QUEEN BED. This arrangement provides a capacity for a total of 7 guests. The loft overlooks the ROOMY living area with over 20-FOOT-HIGH ceilings sporting two LARGE SKYLIGHTS that provide you with NATURAL light throughout the day.
AMENITIES: Save your luggage space for clothes because we pretty much have all the amenities you need for an AMAZING stay. The villa has all the items you need to make your stay as COMFORTABLE as possible, including beach chairs, toys, towels, and a handy beach cart. (SEE PHOTOS) There are three large FLAT SCREEN TV's (smart TV in the family room), cable TV, and speedy/secure Wi-Fi. The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED to make your trip SEAMLESS! A full-size WASHER and DRYER are also available for your use.
TRANSPORTATION: ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET HERE! Walking or riding bikes are the most healthy, fun, and convenient way to travel. It's very easy to pre-arrange a bike drop off on the day of your arrival and a pickup on the day of your departure. CONVENIENTLY, there are BIKE RACKS right behind the villa. The island is 12 miles long and 5 miles wide, with over 6 MILES of DELIGHTFUL BIKE PATHS allowing you to experience the beautiful Hilton Head Island lush island landscapes!
ACTIVITIES: TOO NUMEROUS TO LIST!! Our villa is located right off South Forest Beach, the center of activity on the island. Walk or ride to COLIGNY PLAZA which is known for great restaurants, shopping, family activities and live local music! The beach front famous Tiki-Hut is one of the hottest spots on the island and is located at COLIGNY BEACH. SEA PINES is also very close where you can visit HARBOUR TOWN, the HILTON HEAD ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE, and the infamous SALTY DOG CAFE! Right out the back door of our villa you can get a little exercise on our TENNIS COURTS! Tennis equipment is available in our villa.

We just bought this property in Dec 2019 so we don't have a lot of reviews yet. Being Hilton Head Residents, we want to develop long term relationships with our guests. Therefore, I hope you don’t mind if we treat you like family. We want you to come back as often as possible!! As we get to know you, we can have the villa prepared just the way you like it! You will also have our direct email and phone number should any issues arise during your stay. We will also occasionally send you a text to see if there is anything we can do to make your stay the best ever!
