Our cozy apartment for 4-6 guests is located in the center of Munich, only minutes walking distance to Maximilianstraße & Marienplatz, the historic city center and exclusive boutiques. The apartment is located in the beautiful district Lehel in a small side street with hardly any traffic. Three rooms offer great comfort and high-quality furniture with 2 new bathrooms , a new fully equipped kitchen, bed sheets, towels, household equipment, fast internet, award-winning mattresses & a Smart-TV.

The neighborhood Lehel is located comfortably between the old town and the Isar river, where locals love to go for a stroll or sunbathe on the river's gravel banks on hot summer days. The apartment is in Mariannenstraße, a little side street with three restaurants, which gives the street a slight Italian touch. You have the choice between an international/Bavarian restaurant named Mariannenhof, a Mexican restaurant called El Gordo Loco and the restaurant Nage & Sauge, wich is specialized in huge salads and is famous for being one of the most "hipster" places in Munich.
