Set within easy walking distance of West Wittering beach, Benbow is in the perfect location to enjoy a family summer holiday or couple's break along the coast. With a local convenience store, award winning café, restaurant and local pubs all within a minutes walk you have everything you need quite literally on your doorstep. Free parking is included on site, ideal when so close to popular West Wittering beach. Wittering is famous for it's sandy beach at East Head. It is a great spot for watersports fans with windsurf, surfboard, kayak and paddleboard hire available on the beach. There is a nature reserve and sand dunes which makes for a lovely walk at all times of the year. The Saltern's Way is a cycle path that connects West Wittering with Chichester, via the Chichester Marina. This is a lovely route and makes for a great family day out. A few minutes drive along the coast is the village of East Wittering, which offers a good selection of local shops, including a butchers, fishmongers and a green grocers. There are also 2 small supermarkets and choice of cafés and restaurants.
Newly refurbished Benbow has a large living room with dining space. The living room has a large widescreen smart television and cosy sofa for snuggling down after a long day of beach activities!
Benbow has a beautifully designed kitchen with everything you need to effectively self-cater during your stay. The kitchen is complete with microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, dishwasher, washing machine , fridge, freezer, oven and hob.
Part open plan to the kitchen is a snug conservatory with seating area looking out to a small courtyard area. A ground floor shower room has recently been installed beside the kitchen, an ideal space to hose down after a sandy beach day.
On the first floor there is one large double master bedoom and twin bedroom. The first floor has a good sized family bathroom with shower over the bath.
