My 2 bedroom apartment is right in the heart of Parnell. The bus to take you around the sights of Auckland is a 5 minute walk from outside the Holy Trinity Cathedral. The Auckland Domain is a 10 minute walk where the Auckland Museum is situated and it is lovely to walk amongst the beautiful trees. Newmarket shopping area is within walking distance and a new Westfield mall has opened which offers so much variety with shops and eateries. Train stations are also within walking distance.

I am one of seven apartments situated at road level. There are 2 steps up to a decked area where the front door is situated. My apartment is compact and has a nice outlook to the Ayr Reserve situated behind the carpark. Your room has a queen bed and there is wifi. The bathroom is compact and has a good shower. The apartment is small but comfortable - it's all about the location. There are many cafes & restaurants within walking distance but you can use the kitchen here if preferred.

You would share the interior and bathroom with myself. You are welcome to come and go & I am available to help with advice if needed.
