This adorable, fully renovated, small house with a flat, fenced yard. It has off street parking for a very small car or on street parking, out the front of the house. It’s a 3 minute drive from a shopping mall, 1 to playing fields and 3 to the BMX track, 5 minutes from the International Stadium and 6 minutes from Sawtell, 10 minutes to Coffs Harbour and 20 to the Big Banana. There is a tiny house beside the main house with it’s own fenced in yard. See photo. Both houses are completely seperate.

There is a front balcony and 2 back decks. The yard is great for kids and animals because it is fenced and flat. The picket fence makes it feel almost like home. There is a Tiny House in the yard with it’s own fenced yard.

It is a 2 bedroom house but it would suit 2 couples and 2 children with another toddler. It would probably not suit 3 couples as the big bedroom has room for a family of 3 or 4.
There is a Tiny House in the yard which may one day be open for AirBnB but has an older man ‘Johnno’ in it now. Lovely man.

The owner can always be contacted and if she’s out of town, there are a number of alternative numbers for any issues. We have a lot of family in that area and someone is always within 5 minutes drive of the house.
