Older style rustic home on 11 acres with 4 acres of gardens & 7 acres of cattle raising paddocks. Ellimatta is a large house amid the tranquility of a rural setting, but within 14 minutes of Bundaberg Central.
The swimming pool with waterfall & spa seating is a highlight, as is the large Home Theater with full surround sound & free WIFI, Netflix, Prime, & Stan.
IMPORTANT! We have unfenced dams & adults must be vigilant with supervision at all times.
Note: No pets are allowed on the property

We have a full Home Theatre room with Surround sound, as well as a mini gym with treadmill and cross trainer for guests use. Large rustic kitchen with breakfast seating, and separate dining room adjoining. There is also free wifi and Netflix, as well as Prime on the 55" Samsung TV in the lounge room.

Apart from our work-space at the side of the house, our onsite caravan, and the other guest cottage, you will have access to all parts of the property, but we do ask that you don't disturb our cattle.
Due to Covid19, we lock bedrooms that are not booked.

There is a fire pit area on the property that is for guest use but only in times of no fire restrictions.

The Bundaberg region is rich in the history of the sugar cane industry, and the many international families who made their fortunes in cane. The area is now one of the largest macadamia producing regions in the southern hemisphere and many sugar cane farms have been converted to this as sugar prices plummeted and nut prices rose over the last 20 or so years.
The region is also seen as one of the major food bowls in Queensland, supplying many different types of fruit and vegetables to southern markets, and to the local community
We have the Mon Repos Turtle Centre about a 30 minute drive from here, as well as the Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks Big Barrel, Macadamia farms and sugar cane paddocks that also abound in the area, and as one of the prime agricultural areas on the Queensland coast, we have a salad bowl of suppliers all around the area
