Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this property is truly an entertainer`s delight, the kitchen will give you plenty of space to interact while cooking or just spending time together. The cozy living room is just right to relax after a day at the beach or sitting on the patio while gazing at the ocean. Property sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master, queen bed & full sofa sleeper in the 2nd bedroom. It is the perfect spot to escape. Walking distance to Pismo State Beach (approximately 1.8 miles) & The Monarch Butterfly Grove (approximately 1.2 miles). Driveway can accommodate 4 cars or RV with plenty of street parking as well. "NO SMOKING PROPERTY"
PET FRIENDLY WITH ADDITIONAL PET DEPOSIT PER PET OF $200 TO BE SENT THROUGH AIRBNB ONCE BOOKED. Pet deposit is refundable upon check out inspection and cleaning if there is no extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.

LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. This must be paid via Airbnb prior to the 11 a.m. check out time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
