The newly remodeled house for your stay with the Thai-style waterfront pavilion. A perfect place for groups of family and friends to enjoy some real peace.
The neighborhood is very peaceful and green scenery. It is surrounded by a canal, ponds and a lot of trees.
The house is located close to the Chao Phraya river, RamaXII bridge, and the express boat pier.
Extra service on request: airport pick up/drop off, food, and laundry.

The host’s grandparents used to live in this house before it was renovated. It is located by Bang Kruai Canal or Khlong Bang Kruai which is connected to the Chao Phraya River.
The house is situated on a very large pond with a natural scenery. The Thai-style waterfront pavilion is perfect for relaxing all day.
The house can be accessed by a walk through the host’s house.

The guest area covers an entire house and also a waterfront pavilion except a storage room outside.
Facilities:
- 50 inch TV with google chrome cast in a living room
- High speed Wifi internet
- 2 Air conditioners in a living room and bedroom
- Microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, toaster, gas stove, plates, cutlery
- Fridge + drinking water and Cola
- Free instant coffee on a counter
- Shampoo, soap, napkins available
- Parking lot (please inform us before you check-in)

- If you need any extra facilities e.g. BBQ grill, hot pot or etc., please feel free to contact me and I am very happy to help you.

There are a few residents living by the canal. So the location is very peaceful and no air/noise pollution effects from vehicles. You may find a boat that sells the traditional Thai food.
