Want a quirky little bungalow right in the HEART of Historic Haymount? Look no further! Our gem is the perfect mix of 1935 character and 2019 updates. Our remodeled historic home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and tons of charm. Play darts, corn hole or bocce ball while drinking a cold, local craft beer from our in-house kegerator! Chill on the hammock or around the fire pit. Latitude 35 Grill and Pub, LeClair's General Store and the Cape Fear Regional Theater are all within walking distance and Downtown and Segra Stadium are only a 5 min Lyft Ride away!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home includes a full sized bed in the master and second bedrooms and a twin over full bunk bed in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 7 on existing beds and there is plenty of space for an air mattress to accommodate an extra 2. A Smart TV and alarm clock are featured in every bedroom. Enjoy full sized kitchen and laundry appliances and all the dishes and cookware you could need for your stay. Outside features multiple seating areas and ample space to play games that come included such as volleyball, football, corn hole, bocce ball, darts and all the accessories!

Guest will have access to the entire home with the exception of two locked closets. Enjoy parking for one vehicle in the driveway and find comfortable free spots for additional vehicles on the street.

The fire place inside the home is non-operational. Please adhere to the legal minimum drinking age of 21+ while on the property. Extra blankets can be found in the wicker basket in the bunk room.
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the black hamper bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

While serving in the Army, I discovered house sharing while traveling throughout the world. After retiring from the Army, I understood that travelers desired lodging options with better amenities than currently available. I understood families traveling desire a sense of home.
