4 individual rooms set over 2 floors surrounded by a spacious & welcoming garden adorned with butterflies, trees & lush fauna. Tamarind, Coconut & Banana are just some of the many trees you will find here. A real Thai country garden.

The decor & layout is well thought through in this large ground floor suite; a comfortable king size bed awaits you along with an L shape sofa, facing patio sliding doors leading out onto sea views. There is a spacious tiled, en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe with hangers & shelves, full length mirror, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle & complimentary tea/coffee sachets. Soft furnishings compliment the colour scheme & there are plenty of shelves & drawers for storage. Air conditioning & a ceiling fan help keep your room a comfortable temperature.
A short stroll down to the sea front gives stunning views of the Big Buddha temple at sunset.

You have private access to your room, with use of the front & rear garden. You can relax on a bean bag in our large tranquil back garden, sit outside your room & enjoy the sea view or take advantage of our guest hammock. The mini golf course which is free for guests provides entertainment for all the family.
The position of the room ensures a very tranquil & quiet area with no traffic noise.

You will love our intimate restaurant & well stocked cocktail bar. Our Thai chef is a highly trained, creative cook who takes huge pride in his job & always aims to please.
The kitchen & bar open at 13.00 everyday with last food orders being taken around 21.30. The bar typically closes around 23.00.
Although The Summer House does not have its own private pool, our guests have free access to a resort pool situated 5 minutes away with stunning views of the surrounding area as well as two beach clubs (both with pools) nearby who offer a substantial discount to our guests.
Your room is cleaned inclusive of the price every fourth day & additional laundry services are available on request.
Airport transfer are also available on request & a full welcome guide about us & Samui is found in your room.

We are in a quiet neighbourhood, at the end of a narrow road. Please look out for the green "door sign" at the top of the road. There is no traffic & ample parking.
Big Buddha & the stunning Wat Plai Laem; the 2 main temples on the island, are both a 10 mins walk in either direction
Bangrak beach is just a 2-minute drive where there are lots of bars & restaurants to enjoy. Fisherman’s village is only a 10-minute drive away & Chaweng just 20 mins. The Airport is a 20mins drive & the Seatran Ferry pier (for Koh Phangnan, Koh Tao & the mainland) is only 3 minutes putting us in a great location.
It only takes around 90 minutes to drive around the entire island.

Welcome to The Summer House! We are a unique guest house with a bar & restaurant located in a quiet road and in an ideal proximity to the airport & ferry ports.
