I have a cute little house that's just a 7 minute drive to the Lincoln downtown, haymarket area, and the University (UNL). The air bnb space will be the entire basement which includes large room, closet, common area, and bathroom. I can have as much/little interaction with guest as they want but I work during the days so I'd only be there at night and I'd be upstairs the whole time. I have a Pomeranian puppy that loves people...and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ask me for more info :)

The room will have a couch that turns into a bed to sleep two people and I'll have a queen air mattress to sleep 2 more people if needed-- An electrical fireplace, a Smart TV that has netflix and hulu. It's a large room and nicely furnished/decorated for guests to relax and get cozy. I'll have a coffee and tea station and a mini fridge. I cook a lot and will have tea upstairs if you ever want to have tea/chat. The bathroom will have toiletries and towels. The entry is shared so I'll meet with you to let you in and show you around and give you a key to the place for your stay. There will be WiFi available. I will have single use plates/cups/utensils. I’m very good at message responses to let me know if you need anything specific and we’ll work together to make your stay as comfortable as can be!

My house is very close to a big park (antelope park), the lincoln Sunken Gardens which is beautiful in the summer time, the university campus, the Nebraska football stadium, the historic haymarket, downtown, and the Pinnacle Bank Arena. I’m 26 and do management and sales for a laser hair removal company. I have a 2.5 year old little Pomeranian puppy in the house upstairs. I love hosting and meeting new people... and want to ensure your stay is very comfortable and relaxing. I normally work all day and am not home too often. My husband also comes home at midnight and is gone almost all day. You’ll have lots of privacy and I’m on my phone a lot so I’m here to make sure you’re taken care of. I’m Persian and have grown up in Lincoln since my family migrated to the US. Lincoln is home. I love cooking and I love beer breweries and coffee shops so if you ever want any recommendations for local ones, don’t hesitate to ask :)

I'll always be available through text/phone. I work longer days and will be expected home 7-7:30 PM and some nights won't even be home... so I wont have too much interaction with guests. I am very social and love meeting new people and making cool connections, though. So if guest want more interaction, I'd love it. I love hosting and have grown up hosting lots of events so hospitality and hosting is in my blood ;) I love having people over and I love feeding people good food. I keep an extremely clean and well maintained home to ensure a relaxing, comfortable and cozy environment.
