Located in the center of Prai, my humble abode is minutes away from offices and restaurants in Perda as well as universities and colleges nearby. It connects to the PLUS highways in 10 minutes and for the price offered, you could not get any better deal than this. Mi casa es su casa.

The unit is a 700 Sqft fully furnished apartment with a nice view overlooking Bukit Mertajam. Cool during the day and even colder at night. Any cooler, you can fire up the three AC unit installed.

Guest will have full access to my property, up to and including storage area where I keep my cleaning equipment, should you require cleaning of your own. Nowhere is off limit, as long as you keep it clean as it was.

This should go without me saying, but no stove will be provided so no cooking, no alcohol and no non-halal food inside the property. Pets are a no-go for me. I will not provide towels or blanket so please prepare. Most importantly, clean as you go.
