Private villa of 120m² distributed over 2 floors, with garden and private pool. The property is located in the urbanization of Calan Brut (Calan Blanes)in the municipality of Ciutadella de Menorca and about 200 meters from the nearest beach.
It´s is an ideal home for families with children who wish to enjoy a pleasant holiday on the island and in turn spend a pleasant and relaxing stay in our villa.

On the ground floor there´re:
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to provide a very comfortable stay.
• A bathroom with shower.
• A laundry room.
• A lounge / dining room with direct access to a beautiful porch, from which you can enjoy relaxing meals overlooking the pool.
• The exterior is fully equipped with: Sun loungers, hammock, barbecue, table, chairs, outdoor shower ... etc.
• The pool is private and its measures are:4 m² wide x 7 m² long, and 80 cm to 180 cm deep.
On the 1st floor there´re:
• 3 bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, of which 2 are with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
• 1 full bathroom with bathtub.

• The kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 types of coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, minipimer, all kinds of utensils for cooking and serving the table ...

• The house has Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV and air conditioning in the bedroom area.
• In each of the bathrooms there is a hair dryer.
• Also in the laundry area you will find iron and ironing board.
• We offer a pool cleaning service 2 times a week.• Parking the vehicle will not be a problem because you can easily park outside and it´s free…

Once the reservation is confirmed we get in touch with the guest and we send the reservation information in writing and the form to be completed with the requested data, (Flight schedules, telephone number, email ...), very important for us to organize the reservation.
Approximately one week before their arrival we will contact the guest to finalize last minute details.
We personally await the arrival of the guest in the same villa for the delivery of the keys and to explain everything necessary regarding the house and surroundings.
The check in is established at 2:30 p.m.
The check out is established at 10:00 a.m.
Upon delivery of the keys, the tourist tax required by the Balearic community must be paid in cash. ( 2.20 € VAT included, for night and person from 16 years ).
During your stay we will be at your disposal in case they need anything.
