Beautiful house just a 2 minute walk to the strip (Las Vegas Blvd.), right accross the street from the Monorail, and the Sahara Casino (Formerly Known as the SLS). Lots of great amenities including gigabit internet, wifi, DirectTV, basic toiletries (Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner), and complimentary coffee. Huge backyard with a gazebo and a lounge area.

Being a Superhost of a place to stay comes with certain responsibilities. We do a deep cleaning and sanitization after each guest! For our guest’s safety and peace-of-mind, please know that we follow the recently published cleaning protocol “CDC Cleaning Recommendations for U.S. Households for Coronavirus Disease 2019”, after every guest. The Recommendation includes treating ALL frequently touched hard and soft surfaces as well drying all linen in the Sanitize Cycle.
EPA approved Clorox and Lysol brand disinfectants are located throughout the house for your use too.

Beverly Green is a cute little historical neighborhood next to the strip that built back in the 1950's that captures the "Classic Vegas" feeling. Around you will find large casinos like the Sahara (A.K.A. The SLS) and The Stratosphere, along with many vintage Las Vegas wedding chapels. It is centrally located and easy to get to all parts of the strip, downtown (A.K.A. The Fremont Street Experience), the convention center and the various stadiums. Despite being so close to the strip, Beverly Green is actually very quiet because no one typically ventures off the strip into this residential neighborhood.
