You can use the hotel’s facilities just like you are a guest at the hotel. You have access to 3 swimming pools, private beach, 3 restaurants on-site, full service spa, tennis courts, squash court, fitness centre, hourly shuttle to town, business centre, cleaning service, laundry service, covered parking, 24 hour security, kayak rental, free cooking classes, and more. The hotel is a few minutes walk away in the same compound.

Please bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc. I would also recommend that you bring plenty of bottled water with you, as you cannot drink water out of the tap in Thailand.
The second bedroom has no windows, but it is fully air-conditioned and the bed is just as big and comfortable as the master bedroom.
All the condos in the building are holiday homes, no-one lives here full time. So when you stay here, sometimes it is possible that only 1-2 other condos (or none) are occupied, especially during the week, so it can be a little quiet. But there are always staff on duty, so it is always safe. And of course you will see other guests in the hotel when you use the facilities.

The apartment is located right on a pristine beach. Hua Hin is 2.5 hours drive from Bangkok. The main part of Hua Hin town is about 10 minutes away, shuttles from the hotel can take you there and back every hour.

Less touristy and much more charming than major beach destinations such as Phuket and Pattaya; Hua Hin still offers plenty of great dining options, both local and hi-end. And in addition to great beaches Hua Hin is home to some of the best spas and holistic retreats in the world, as well as some of Asia's first class golf courses.
