Located in the Historic District of Haymount, the home was built in 1917 and much of its original features and charm have been preserved. The apartment has all necessary amenities with a sheik modern early 20th century feel. Located within walking distance of downtown Fayetteville and just a short 5 minute walk to the Cape Fear Regional Theater and 15 min walk to Downtown Fayetteville with many local bars, restaurants, museums, Festival Park, Segra Baseball Stadium and night-life.

Ft Bragg and Cape Fear Hospital is just a short 15-20 min drive. Which makes the space perfect for traveling nurses or any military on temporary duty. We provide a weekly magazine that informs you of local activities going on in Fayetteville for the week and particularly in the downtown area. There is a washer/dryer which is free to use. The bedroom has a queen size bed and for additional guests, the living room closet has a full queen air mattress which sleeps two. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

There are great local shops within a 10 min walking distance. Cape Fear Regional Theater showcases some of the most iconic and beloved plays in American Theater. Rude Awakening is one of a few local coffee shops in the downtown area, with local flavor and hospitality. LeClaire's General Store (Yes a real life General Store) has coffee, wine beer and a collection of other items located about an 8 min walk. Lattitude 35 Bar and Grill has many great food choices as well as a full bar. There are many other restaurants and shops. The Airborne Special Operations Museum is free to the public as well as the local Art Museum amongst other attractions.
