Well designed kitchenette & living area, good size bedroom. Reverse cycle heating/cooling with heated floor tiles in the bathroom.
The house is brand new the grounds and gardens are still under development.
Cross the road for long beach walks, explore the rock pools or enjoy a dip in the ocean in warmer weather.

The house and studio is on a renowned beautiful scenic coastal drive. Walk out of the studio onto the deck, cross the road and your on the beach, approximately 20 metres.
Basic breakfast provision supplied, with teas, coffee, milk and a few condiments.
The studio is cleaned with a highest standard of care and hygiene.
The beach is great for long walks, searching rock pools and safe for swimming in the warmer months.
You can see and hear the ocean from the Studio.
You can walk to town via the two beaches and then join onto the paved walkways/Bikeways.
The Penguin Colony on the beach is very special and well monitored by local Parks and Wild Life. If your careful you can watch the penguins come in after dark or get up early to see them leave.
Be prepared to hear Penguin song in the evenings and mornings. More Information provided on request.
The closest coffee shop is La Barista who do excellent coffee and great food.
Plenty more good eating around town and in surrounding areas.
We are close to the Dial range walking tracks and mountain biking circuit in the neighbouring town of Penguin.
Only 2.5 k to the main shopping area with a good choice of cafes/Bakeries and boutique shopping. Plus all of the larger supermarkets, banks and all town amenities. Ride the bike tracks to Turners beach or around just Ulverstone and a bit bigger ride to Penguin township.
Located 25 minutes to Devonport or Burnie.
1 hour & 10 to Cradle Mountain.
1 hr 23 to Launceston airport.
40 minutes to Burnie airport
30 minutes to Devonport airport
50 minutes to Lake Barrington International Rowing Course

I enjoy outdoor activities, living in Tasmania gives me the opportunity to explore the bush and mountains, paddle or swim in the ocean and row local rivers and lakes. I'm a competitive member of the local rowing club and am an active member of Surf Life Saving Tasmania.
