We are tucked into the Medical Mile and North end of Downtown GR. Lots of walkable area surround us. Coffee spots and great food abound.

I am a partially retired business owner. I have owned this building for almost 30 years. I live and work in the building. I have two grown daughters and six amazing grandkids. They come with several cats, two dogs, a bearded dragon, a couple of rabbits and some birds. Thankfully they keep them all at their homes. I also travel using Airbnb. For my listings, I maintain a City of Grand Rapids license for short term rental in my personal residence and have just begun to use one of my apartments as a furnished space through Airbnb for those needing to make Grand Rapids their home for 30 days or more.
