Located right in the middle of all things Rocky Mountains. You're just 23 minutes from Grand Lake/Rocky Mountain National Park/Winter Park and 2 minutes from skiing, fishing, golf, and mountain biking at Granby Ranch. This corner unit loft has lots of space at 1200 square feet. Between the king size bed in the master, a full and twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. 2 twin beds in the upstairs loft, the condo is able to sleep 6. We only allow 5 guests, but could accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

In the winter months, skiing is all around you. Granby ranch is a 1 minute drive, or a 2 minute walk to access to the owner's lift. An easy drive to Winter Park (23 minutes). Fraser Tubing Hill (10 minutes), snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing... all are within minutes of this unit.
In the summer months, you're 10 minutes away from Lake Granby where you can sail, powerboat, kayak, fish... you name it. Did we mention the Colorado River runs through Granby? It's arguably the fly fishing capital of the world. Rocky Mountain National Park is 23 minutes away with amazing hikes and wildlife viewing. Horseback riding is also an option at the Sombrero Ranches located at the Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA. Grand Lake is another option with boat rentals, and a swimming beach.
The unit was built in 2001 with newer finishes. Both bathrooms have dual vanities. There is a king bed in the downstairs bedroom. There's a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on top. The upstairs loft has a trundle bed with 2 twins.
The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, full-sized oven with four burners and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also fully stocked- including items such as pots and pans, teapot, full knife set including 8 steak knives, pizza cutter, paper towels, pot holders, coffee maker, and a wine opener.
The downstairs TV is a Samsung Smart TV that has built-in access to apps such as Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. The downstairs TV has access to basic cable channels through Comcast. The downstairs TV also has a blu-ray player. There is also a TV with Comcast basic cable in downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft area.
Guest booking must be 23 years or older.

You'll have access to the entire condo, the community hot tub right out the back door, and the pool/hot tub at the base of the Granby Ranch Base area. Access to the Kicking Horse lift is 2 minute walk from the front door. Not quite ski-in-ski out, but pretty close to it!!
We want you to know that our cleaning person is disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote, etc.) before you check in.
