Newly remodeled 1950s cottage sits in the heart of Livingston, Tennessee. The home is a short 15-minute walk to the square, quick drive to local restaurants and shopping, 25-minute drive to Cookeville, or 30-minute drive to Dale Hollow Lake. A second home for our family, our grandmother had lived in this house since 1954, up until her passing in 2019. Our hope is that during your stay, you feel the same sense of home-away-from-home that we do. Upon booking, we offer fun add-ons to your stay!

The Gill House is perfect for any small groups, family trips, girls’ getaways, or a couples retreat. Serving to be private and comfortable, we provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You are given full access to the house, a driveway with a covering for your car, Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, central heat and air, and keyless entry. You can even add-on special treats to your stay after booking!
The house isn’t perfect. It’s got creaks and cracks and everything you would expect of a house built in the 50s. It is recently remodeled, but we think the creaks and cracks make it that much better.
Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor and includes a king bed, wardrobe for clothes during your stay, and easy access to the bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is the largest bedroom in the house and is located upstairs. It has a queen bed, Netflix-compatible TV, desk or vanity area, individual AC unit, and clothing rack.
Across from bedroom 2 is bedroom 3 which has 2 twin beds and another individual AC unit.
