Disclaimer: This is a 1940's farmhouse that sits in a hay field; because we do not want to use toxic chemicals between our cleaning and your arrival you may find that tenacious spiders have built another web and attracted some bugs. We do our best to clean, but are fighting against the elements. Need to find a copy of Charlotte's Web for the house.

There is NO WIFI and cell service varies from 3-4G. Some may experience difficulties depending on their cell phone provider.
There is a TV with DVD player but one channel on a good day.
The bedroom with the two single beds does not have a door.
NO SMOKING of tobacco or cannabis in the house. No cooking of cannabis in the house.
