And Yes, a 40 inch smart TV with youtube and provision for "Netflix and chill" will help you kill time if that's what you intend to do !

The neighbourhood is special as it sits half a km from the highway, which means accessibility is no challenge! It is a quiet residential neighbourhood; there is a lake nearby (500 m) where people jog on a daily basis. There are local salons and condiment stores, pharmacies, hardware stores, photostat stores, car wash, restaurants, ATMs and Gyms, all within a 300-900 m radius. There is also a "playo" partnered sports centre just 500 m away, so you can sweat it there if you like.

I run a design firm in the centre of the city which is quite far off. While my timings around home aren't really fixed, I hope to meet and greet you personally as much as possible. My father, Mr.Bhaskar or mother, Mrs. Pricilla, will otherwise be available. Then there are the building caretakers as well, who stay at the premises to support your needs if any. (they speak Hindi.) And if you get along with Rambo (our little dachshund) then you'll have even more company! (He's a little curious, I'd take a little time to get used to him if I were you ;-), If you don't like pets, don't worry, his whereabouts are restricted to my home's verandah only.
