1. Please kindly remember to lock the door before sleeping or leaving the house, also turn off all of the electric devices if you do not use for saving world.
2. This is resident building, so please keep quite from 10 p.m.
3. My home is on 4th floor without elevator, that the reason home will have sunlight whole day without lights and fresh air. We can help to bring you luggage if you need.
4. If you are looking for luxury building, you can stay tomorrow because today you have to stay one night at MY HOME as local person (called Saigonese) :))))
5. Please kindly treat my house as yours. If any problem or any needs, I will try my best to take action and support you anytime.

My home is right in local building so you will meet so much local people next to the door. They have been living there for long time so you will feel how local life is and living together one time in your life.
- All you need are few steps away such as:
* 1 minute walk to Cinestar cinema (my home is behind Cinestar)
* 5 mins walk to Bui Vien & Pham Ngu Lao backpacker streets (two famous streets in HCM foreigners concentrate)
* 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Ben Thanh market
* 7 minutes drive to Nortre Dame Cathedral and Reunification Palace (the last proof of palace for liberated the Vietnam 1975)
* 8 minutes drive to Nguyen Hue walking Avenue where the old and famous department store is located and where Vietnam youth concentrated day and night.
