Start your trip to Carolina Beach with this quaint one bedroom, one bath condo that sleeps 4. Sands 1 is nestled between the Lake and the Beach, just across the street from the oceanfront. Step out onto the spacious Deck and enjoy the beautiful views and breeze of the ocean from the top floor! From the balcony, off the master bedroom, you can enjoy views of the Lake. The kitchen sink provides a water filter, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, WIFI and extended cable TV. Just a short walk to the Beach, the Lake, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Downtown. You are just moments away from it all!
Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you can not travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.

***In addition to the base rental rate, every reservation will incur the following charges: $55 Reservation fee, $45 Accidental Rental Damage Insurance, Cleaning Fee (price depending on size of property), and 13% Tax.
