New build completed July of 2019. This is a studio guest suite located on the second floor of our home. You have a private entrance through our main floor garage. The entrance stairs are shared with other guests who may occupy an additional second floor guest suite, similar to the shared access of an apartment building.

Sit outside on the garage patio and enjoy a Big Hole sunset or Teton sunrise!

Recently completed new construction with minimal landscaping as of summer 2019. Landscaping to be completed spring of 2021.
This rental space does not currently include a kitchen. A kitchenette will be added and available May of 2021.
There is another rental space across the hall on the same floor.
Windows are large and low. We recommend keeping them closed if you have small children.

House is located on a 3 acre parcel in a quiet subdivision surrounded by farm fields and mountain views. 5 minutes from Victor, 35 minutes from Jackson, 25 minutes to Grand Targhee. Excellent home base for visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Elk bugling can be heard from a nearby elk ranch!
