The property is pet friendly up to one 50lb dog there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. IF YOU BRING YOUR SOG PRIOR TO CHWCK OUT ALL DOG POOP MUST BE SCOOPED OR THERE WILL BE A $500 FINE. The home was built in 1952 but has been completely renovated and remodeled with a modern coastal touch. The serene landscape and private pool make this the perfect beach retreat.
