Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. While we take every precaution to ensure Colonie is clean - we still recommend that you practice safe social distancing and thorough hand washing during your stay!
Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in the common ground outside of the apartments. Kindly note that guests with temperatures of more than 37.5ºC will not be allowed entry.
• COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING COMPLIANCE :
In compliance with government guidelines, all guests (including children) are required to provide full names + contact details and have their temperature taken before entering Silverpark / Colonie premises. Please provide details to your host @0199328918 to ensure a smooth check-in.
Big balcony for star-gazing & BBQ. BBQs are messy affairs and guests pay RM25 extra for doing a BBQ.

Kitchen is fully equipped with the following :-
. Fridge
. Small Toaster Oven
. Electric Kettle
. Electric Steamboat Hotpot (with extension cord)
. Gas Stove
. Frying Pan
. Stock Pot
. Basic Kitchen Utensils such as can opener, knifes etc
. Cutleries, glasses, plates, bowls for 8 people
. BBQ pit with 10 skewers (Guests bring their own bbq netting and charcoal)
. Expansive outdoor terrace with bench seating and outdoor lounges.
Note : Food & related ingredients / spices / oils, BBQ netting and charcoal are guest's own. BBQs are messy affairs and we charge RM 25 extra BBQ cleanup fee.

Hello. This apartment fits 8 people (we will do a headcount) and guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. Please respect the pork-free, no noise & no parties policy. Many of my immediate neighbours are muslims and all are seekers of peace & tranquility.

Fraser's Hill is a small highland retreat and its easy to walk everywhere. There are trails, waterfalls and pretty good food at the few restaurants up here.
The temperatures get really cold at night so its best to bring along a jacket and thick pants.
Wearing socks indoors is a good idea against the cold floors, especially at night.
